WHERE TO SHOP

You can shop at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s and even some of your local supermarkets have a gluten free section. You can always go to specific websites online to order that will deliver to your home like www.allergygrocer.com or www.glutenfreepantry.com or look for a specific brand that they like and order right from their website. GF/CF foods can be expensive but I’d much rather spend the money on healthy food for my son that will help us to see positive results, more than on anything else I spend money on. “Where there is a will, there is a way!”

You can also make meals cheaper and more readily available by making your food from scratch, in bulk, and then freezing them until you need them. I try to do most of my baking on a Sunday and freeze it for the week. Make sure to label and date what you make.
