ITALIAN GRAIN SALAD
  • 1 cup cooked Organic Italian Pearled Farro (Make sure to rinse after cooking) I use Organic “Natures’s Earthly Choice” brand. Farro is a Good source of Fiber, Protein & Iron
  • 3 stalks of celery, cut lengthwise into thirds and finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper finally chopped
  • 2 medium crisp tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion finely chopped
Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Juice from a Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
