• 2 lbs. mixed chopped meat (Ground beef, Veal, Pork mix)
  • Handful of grated Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
  • Handful chopped Parsley
  • Handful Italian style bread crumbs (Sometimes I’ll add a wet slice of white bread in milk and break apart in my hands and then add it to the mix)
  • 4 diced Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 diced sauteed onion
  • 1 egg
  • Add Garlic salt, Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to your liking. I use mini handfuls
  • Mix all together and Fry in pan mixed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and/or Vegetable Oil 1/3 the way up the meatball
